Shut That Revolving Door: Apology Accepted, Access Denied
Life gives us so many twists and turns in relationships, sometimes we are challenged in separating from someone because the love we feel is so intense, we feel we can’t release them. We are taught many times to forgive and forget, we need to understand we have to just accept who they are, they will eventually change and you just need to be there for them. So many times we are creating toxic environments for ourselves and others without even knowing we are. This revolving door with forgiveness is very common, we feel a sense of responsibility, we feel we have to help them through their challenges, even though they are hurting us in the process. It’s self-sabotage, it’s continuing to chip away at your heart, sometimes our heart is stronger than our mind. Doing what’s right for you is a huge challenge when manipulation is at play. Is it ok to just move forward and politely “Shut That Revolving Door: Apology Accepted, Access Denied”?
