The Power of Womanhood
By Ronald Yates

In today’s modern world there is a push toward something called “Gender
Neutrality” that seeks to eliminate the traditional gender roles of man and woman
and replace them with terms that can be interchangeable. In essence, there would
no longer be men or women. What we would have are people who do not identify
themselves as male or female. Instead, they would refer to themselves as
transgender, binary or non-binary, just to name a few of the terms. I’m not sure if I
totally understand all the nuances of this new gender identification system or what
their roles may be. What I do know is being identified as a “man” works just fine
with me. In my mind, there is nothing more comforting than the touch, the feel,
and the love of a woman. Perhaps in today’s world, there is a notion, from a bygone
era, a time when women embraced their femininity and men recognized the power
that is inherent in women.
The female energy has the innate ability to attract whatever they envision. Of
course, there are some women who will ask “Why do I keep attracting the same
type of men?” The answer is that something within that woman’s spirit has an
affinity for negative energy. And, as long as she holds on to those thoughts, she
will continue the downward cycle. One of the biggest problems for women is the
fact, my sister, that you are operating outside of your nature. Today it is women
who are becoming the aggressors. As it relates to dating, in this modern world we
live in, it is women who are often heard asking “Where she can find a man.” Years
ago, it was men who aggressively pursued women. Due to the shortage of eligible
men, we too have forgotten our nature. We were once husbands, fathers, providers
who would work two, or three jobs to put food on the table to keep a roof over our
families’ heads. Today many men sit by and wait for the ladies to do all the work.
It is women who are seeking higher education. It is women who are active in the
job market. And it is women who are purchasing homes or leasing apartments.
Unfortunately, men have become like the lions at the circus. How does the lion,
who is considered to be the most powerful in the animal kingdom, take orders from
a man with a whip? The answer is simple, the lion has been trained out of its’
natural nature and, therefore, no longer acts within the scope of his true nature and
power. These lions are fed by men, they no longer know what it is to hunt or kill
to survive and are no longer worthy to lead a pride. The same can be said of men,
the difference is a lioness will… without giving it a second thought, reject a lion
who is weak. All of her natural senses are in sync with her true nature and
character. In alignment with her nature, she can smell and sense weakness.
Women, on the other hand, will accept the “Weak man” who has become too lazy
and complacent to take on the responsibility for himself, his woman, and his
offspring. The true nature of a woman is that of a nurturer. Her innate ability is to
nurture children, not grown men who still think and behave like children. Ladies if
you would just come to an agreement with yourself to reject men with minds of
children, most of your problems would cease to exist; at least as it relates to dating
and marriage. As long as you continue to act outside of your nature, the cycle of
struggle, suffering, and lack… in a relationship with a man, will only continue to
repeat itself.
I am sure some of my brothers will disagree with my assessment; but you can be
sure those are usually the ones who are taking advantage of the generosity of some
insecure sister, operating out of desperation, who thinks she is incomplete without
a man in her bed. I often find myself wondering how is it that these types of
men… who we know are essentially useless, can find a decent/hardworking
woman. They don’t have to work hard because hard work is something they’re not
use to and want no part of. I’m sorry sisters, but I have to ask the question. Why in
the world would you want an unemployed lover who is virtually worthless… in or
out of bed?

Can sisters do better? Yes, they absolutely can; but some may wonder how? The
answer may be to maximize the use of your feminine energy… that same energy
that another sister used to dissuade Julius Caesar from invading Kemet (Egypt) and
also caused Mark Antony to fall deeply in love with her. Cleopatra was, without
question, a boss who thought like a boss and consistently conducted herself like a
boss. Ladies, when you think positive and maintain a positive mindset, your
ability to draw positive energy from the universe increases exponentially. That
energy will never allow a brother who is unworthy to enter your sacred space.
Therefore, the first step in changing the current Male/Female paradigm begins with
thought. If you think better and know your worth, and never compromise it, you
will do better, attract better, and ultimately produce better.
