“Me”ology… Mastering the Science and Fine Art of Self-Love: Self-Love Power-Point #22: In our treasure chest of life, time is our most valuable possession.

Time is, more often than not, taken for granted. But the truth be told, it is our most valuable commodity; and how we use it silently transmits, to all those around us, the depths of the love we have for ourselves. And what most people fail to recognize is that wasting time is the same as throwing money out the window or, God forbid, burning it. Yes… as quiet as it’s kept, every nanosecond is designed to add value to our lives, provided we use it wisely.
Time is so powerful that it can manifest a life that is rich beyond our wildest dreams and can help us to manifest the ability to enrich our lives spiritually and financially, provide us with the power to control debt and/or eliminate it altogether, gain access to better and essential health care services, enable us to make healthier food choices, support greater eXposure to the world through travel and the attainment of other resources as well as increase more free time to enjoy the things we are passionate about, etc. There are just so many pluses to the wise use of time. But don’t get it twisted, no matter how better your life becomes nothing outside of you will produce or buy you happiness. Spiritual growth is the only thing that enhances and advances peace-of-mind… which, in turn, produces happiness. Just think how wonderful it can be living an enriched life that’s filled with happiness.

Unless you are using time to your best interest, your best interest is not being served! And FYI: Moaning, groaning, whining, bitching, complaining, worrying, doubt, fear, and being unfocused on my dreams and goals are all terrible uses of time. And just for the record, all of these emotions and behaviors have zero value. In other words, they do not and will never enrich your life! Another “quiet as it’s kept” reality: You are a superhero who must use time to consistently enrich your life for your superpowers to work in you, for you, and through you.
“ME”OLOGY AFFIRMATION: Every day I am blessed to open my eyes, I will use the time I am allotted to enrich my life so I can help to enrich the lives of others.
