Reprogram Your Mind for Success
I AM RADIANT… PATRICIA WOMACK-ELSTON

Your alarm wakes you up and the first thing you do, when getting out of bed, is look in the mirror to see if you look any slimmer than when you went to sleep. Open your eyes fully… you are still the same as you were when you went to sleep. Now you are hard on yourself and thinking “When will I see results?” Possibly the worst way to start your day (well this happens every day). Now you are in denial and thinking this program is not working. Hanging on to those negative thoughts and making them real. Doing nothing more than pushing yourself into negative thought overload. You ask yourself, “Why am I doing this to myself?” You can’t seem to shake feelings of hopelessness. But let’s think about this… how long did it take you to gain the weight? It didn’t happen overnight so just maybe it won’t come off overnight… unless miracles do happen. Yeah right!
You get in the shower and your mind is racing. Can’t stop thinking of that belly. The love handles, double chin, bat wings and flabby arms. Your mind has been consumed with negative thoughts since your alarm clock went off. You finished showering, make coffee, grab a donut for breakfast and race off to work. Oh wait, did you just grab a donut and wolf it down? Did you put on an oversized shirt so that your work colleagues can’t see your weight gain? But guess what… now you are also hiding from yourself as well. You get to work, walk into the office and your mind is now in full-on overweight overload. Then… more sabotage as you realize “Oh my goodness someone brought in bagels, donuts, Croissants, and cookies. I’m in heaven. Guess I will start losing weight tomorrow.” And this, guys, is how a daily routine is created and reinforced.
Every day is a battle with your mind and thoughts that you made up yourself. Remember your body will come under subjection if you stay steadfast on your goal. YOU CAN DO THIS. I DID AND I AM LOVING MY BODY IN PROGRESS. I AM RADIANT!
